Job Description :
Sales & Business Development
€¢ Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for DWC & UGDS PVC pipes in the assigned territory.
€¢ Identify and develop new dealers, distributors, and project customers.
€¢ Promote company products for sewerage, drainage, storm water, and underground infrastructure applications.
€¢ Generate demand through contractors, consultants, plumbers, and project influencers.
Channel & Dealer Management
€¢ Appoint, manage, and support distributors and dealers for DWC/UGDS products.
€¢ Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and pricing discipline in the market.
€¢ Conduct dealer meetings, product training, and promotional activities.
Project & Institutional Sales
€¢ Track and follow up on government tenders, municipal projects, EPC contractors, and infrastructure projects.
€¢ Liaise with engineers, consultants, and project authorities for product approvals and specifications.
€¢ Support documentation and technical coordination for tenders related to UGDS/DWC systems.
Market Intelligence
€¢ Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and new product launches.
€¢ Provide regular market feedback and sales forecasts to management.
€¢ Identify growth opportunities in drainage and sewerage infrastructure projects.
Relationship Management
€¢ Maintain strong relationships with dealers, contractors, and project stakeholders.
€¢ Resolve customer issues related to product supply, quality, or technical application.
€¢ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Reporting & Compliance
€¢ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
€¢ Ensure compliance with company policies, credit control, and collection targets.
€¢ Coordinate with logistics and production teams for timely order execution.
